This page has been added to provide a “one-stop shop” for information about our Covid-19 plans. The right-hand panel has links to various documents and schematics that should help you to see how the hall operates and assess whether you could hire it safely for your activity. Because the hall is usually unattended, we also explain what is expected of hirers. We recommend you carry out a risk assessment for your activity, taking particular note of any guidance given by your national association (if applicable). We have provided a sample Hirer Risk Assessment that you can adapt to your particular circumstances. There is also a link to an FAQs page that we will fill out as questions come in.

The hall re-opened on 1st September 2020 as a “Covid-19 Secure” facility. We will update our Covid-19 Risk assessment, which is published here, as circumstances require. The overall situation is changing frequently, including the regulations and advice from government, so please check back periodically for any updates. Links to the most relevant government advice are provided at the bottom of the page, but note these are not exhaustive. Please note the "Rule of Six" changes do not reduce the Hall capacity to 6! Capacity remains at 35 total; see our FAQs for more detail. The Hall also displays an NHS QR Code, as required for Track & Trace.

We hope you find the information useful.
